Challenge
Our goal was to create an experience that would entice independent pharmacists to join the Health Mart family. I led the creative direction for a series of websites aimed at growing the Health Mart franchise
Approach
Worked closely with the brand and dev teams, while managing a team of web developers, I oversaw the project from concept to launch, delivering a digital platform that effectively communicates the value of the Health Mart franchise and drives membership. Was responsible for the wireframes, UX flows, and brand storytelling, ensuring the entire user journey was compelling and seamless.
Results
The web refresh unified a dated look and really brought the pharmacist to the front of the brand story.
